Tommie was my instructor, she is amazing! I am a return customer /student. I had broken my foot and could bear weight on one leg only. This made for problem solving during the hands on portions due to balance shifts for me. She is patient, professional, helpful and goes the second mile. She is great for thise who have test anxiety. I hghly recommend her/this company. They are worth whatever they charge!

I literally don’t understand how they have 4.6 stars, I booked a CPR class online and never received my e-code and then called multiple times and was told that they would give my message to the office and someone would call back but nobody ever did. I then arrived to the building for the class even thought I didn’t receive the e-code to do the online portion because I thought I could talk to someone in person but nobody ever showed up and I was there 8:53am-9:15am, once again I called twice and they said they would relay the message and someone would call back and they weren’t sure why nobody was there. Moral of the story save your money and don’t book with them, I’m just thankful I got my money back through my bank.

I Loved my training here at High Desert, Safety Solutions! Absolutely loved it! Mrs.Tommie Thompson is the best instructor! She was super pleasant, understanding, patient but yet kept it moving along. I learned so much more than with any other training I’ve had. Mrs.Tommie super cool, kept it interesting, had me awake, alert and focused and I felt comfortable and relaxed, into the training I was able to feel relaxed and comfortable, and that’s important to me.
