You will receive your AHA eCard at the end of the class upon successful completion of the course.
It is an AHA requirement that you must have access to the latest edition of the course book. You have the option of bringing your own, purchasing the book when you register and pick up the book at any time at our location or pick up the day of the class.
Yes, Continuing Education is offered for many of our courses. Please look for your desired course for a full description for CEU’s since they vary depending upon course type.
You will be demonstrating your skills on a padded mat with a mannequin on the floor so wear comfortable clothing.

Yes, you may reschedule from your booking email or call us at (760)552-5823. We ask for at least a 24-hour notice beforehand if possible. You can reschedule up to 1 before a $25 reschedule fee is charged. After 2 times of rescheduling you would have to pay for a new course. No Refunds will be given once a class has been scheduled.
No refunds once class is scheduled. You may reschedule your class as a later time if needed.
It is your responsibility to come to the course you registered for on time, but we also understand there could be reasons beyond your control that can cause tardiness. If you are more then 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your class as all our classes start on time. If you are running late for a class, please call us at (760)552-5823 to let the instructor know. It is up to the discretion of the instructor if you can still attend the course.
People who register online for any course will automatically have their seat reserved for the course. Walk-ins are welcomed but does not guarantee you a seat in our classes. We follow AHA guidelines and if the course is full by the time you walk in, you will not be allowed into the class as we are only allowed a certain number of students per instructor.
You can, however, try to come to any of our locations and pay and register in person before the class at any time to ensure you reserve a seat in the class you are interested in.
It is recommended if you are planning to pay for the course the day of to show up 20 minutes early to class.
No, you must have a nonexpired certification of the course you are attending to attend any Updated / Renewal Course.
Details on how to complete the online portion of your Hybrid course will be provided in your registration email. You will be required to create a eLearning.Heart.org account in order to access.
Yes, we are an authorized AHA Training Site and teach AHA BLS and AHA Heartsaver Courses, CPR/AED, CPR/AED & First Aid, and First Aid only.
If you are in Healthcare, you need BLS, if you are not in healthcare you need the AHA Heartsaver CPR Course.
Yes, the course focusses on one rescuer and two rescuer CPR techniques for healthcare providers. Which includes AED training.
Yes, BLS is the foundation for ACLS and PALS, you must have a non-expired BLS Certification before attending the course.
No, however, we do offer a class you can attend that has both included.
